I've been having this problem for a couple of months now. Every time I log in into My T-Mobile account, I'm able to pay bills, check usage, etc. and when I click on Phone, click on Upgrade, and it let's me choose which line to upgrade. After choosing what line I want to upgrade, the page refreshes and then it says "Our website is temporarily unable to complete your request. Please try again in a few minutes. For immediate assistance, please call 1-877-334-7151." 2 months ago, I had the same error, but chose to let it go as it wasn't as mandatory and I thought it was the website's problem. It's been 2 months now and I'm still having the same problem. I've also tried using different browsers and using different computers, but I still get the error message. Anyone know how to fix this?
