Why has LTE coverage disappeared?

Iphone 5 - Had excellent LTE service *inside* my home for about 3 months.  As of 3 weeks ago, we no longer have ANY service at my home location (even outdoors).

T-Mobile Customer Service finally told me today (after trying for 3 weeks to get *some* kind of help) that I was out of luck and would need switch to AT&T or Verizon.  Their story was that the towers were re-farmed, and now I wouldn't have service, so I should leave...

A couple of huge concerns (aside from 3 different customer service reps that would tell a 7 year customer to go somewhere else):

1. T-Mobile's coverage map (T-Mobile’s 4G Network | Check Your Coverage | T-Mobile Blazing Fast 4G Coverage) has no idea of the location of my home address.  It is completely incorrect.

2. Less than 6 months ago, I purchased 3 new iPhones.  It would have been nice if T-Mobile had warned me that they were about to kill service in my area and tell me to take a hike before I dumped all this money.

So, is this really correct?  I have ZERO faith in the people I spoke to, since they wouldn't even listen when I told them that the map would not show them where I actually lived.  The original direction from the engineers was that I needed a signal booster (really - even though it's worked for 7 years, now it's MY fault?!?).

Here's the deal.  If I take out the sim, reboot the phone, then I can get 4G service (5MBPS) as long as I CONTINUALLY use internet.  If I stop, then I have no internet, and have to pull sim, reboot, etc.  So obviously, CS doesn't know as much as they think they do, because they told me that according to the engineers, I'd never have service again at my house!

So, what do I need to do to actually get consistent internet at my home location (it works as soon as I'm 2 miles away from home).  I don't even *need* LTE speeds - I'd be happy with 4G speeds, if I could get it consistently without having to go through 20 steps to re-connect every time?

Please Help!!
