No service in area that used to have service

I have an iPhone 4S that up until the last week as functioned without a problem at our house. But now, all we get at home is "No Service". We know that the phone still connects because we can go to nearby towns and have full signal.

I put Open Signal on the phone to see if that would show anything, but it doesn't show any signal at all either.

I've tried resetting the network settings, powering the phone off and on, etc. But given the fact that the phone works fine 10 minutes away seems to indicate there is a network issue in our area and not a problem with the phone itself.
