Dear T-Force!

I need to clarify some points how can be qualified someone to ask T-Mobile to unlock a iPhone 5s.

I bought at full price an iPhone 5s with prepaid plan in Orlando Florida at 9th of October 2013.

On 19th of October It was necessary to move to Europe for several months (Ill be back in states only at May 2014).

I asked to unlock my iPhone 5S at T-Mobile customer support on 20th of November only that date because they explained I have to wait 40 days to be active my account, than unfortunately they refused it with this 3 criteria’s below, I added some comments with red.

“Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. We have received your SIM Unlock Request. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. The account must meet the following criteria:

  1. 1. Subscriber has been active for 40 days since the device was first used on the line  (It is active for already 50 days, only 10 days was active on T-mobile USA network, the roaming does it count as active usage?)
  2. 2. Must have $50.01 or more in accumulative refills since activation (almost 200 USD has been refilled already and used…)
  3. 3. Must have device usage within the last 7 days by the mobile number requesting the unlock code (has been used day by day)

Please submit a new SIM Unlock Request once the subscriber has met the Eligibility criteria.”

All the criteria’s has been accomplished (as it requested in the email) and no one give me a answer why this request has been refused.

Thank you for your support and help!

Many thanks!
