I bought a nokia lumia 521 from walmart, the phone was locked to the Tmobile network. i Fulfilled my contract by putting $60 on the phone as well as having the phone for more than 40days. I am a person traveling and am not in the US. i would like the phone unlocked for use. How do i get the unlock code? i have all the info needed such as the imei number. can i get some help please.
this was my earlier query. when i got in contact with a rep they told me that i fulfilled the contract and would be emailed the code within 72hours i believe. Upon receiving the email i was told i did not fulfil the contract because my phone was not active within the last 7days. what i dont understand is that this 7day thing was not in the contract i signed. i am getting very frustrated can someone please rectify this problem immediately
