I am so frustrated. This may be sorta long, so please bear with me. In September I started getting calls regarding a late bill. I went online and saw as I thought that my balance owed was zero.. I kept getting these calls so I called tmobile. I spoke with 5 different customer service reps from 9/10 through 10/1. None of them could figure it out. I even went online and discussed with a rep. All told me I owed nothing else and to ignore the calls. The final person I talked to said she would ensure that the problem is rectified and I would not be bothered again. I never got a bill for this bill until half way through this process. The bill was nondescript and I was told to ignore it as it was resolved. Today I got a call from TMobile's collection agency. They said this was going on my credit report for 5 to 7 years. They said I had a previous 30 day period to resolve this issue and I failed to do it. They said they sent me a letter 30 days ago. When I asked where they sent it, they said they sent it to my physical address. I only have a po box and mail is not delivered to my physical address. TMobile knows this and sends all bills to my po box. When I asked them to resend to the correct address and extend my time to dispute this, they refused. When I said I would call TMobile they said it was too late and TMobile would not talk to me any longer? What? I have been a customer in good standing for many years and this is ridiculous. Anyone had similar problems? How would you proceed? By the way I will be terminating my service with TMobile after this.
