web only deal cancelled and not honored

@@Hello or to who it may concern,

 

I recently completed my 2 year contract with T-Mobile. When I sign with T-Mobile coming from verzion, I was promised free upgrades for all my phones after my two year commitment. Now with the new jump upgrade program being offered, T-Mobile in no longer able to complete their end of the deal. Strike 1!

 

I stand here with 4 run down, slow, and very outdated phones.

 

I recently call in to support, in the area that I live in which I cannot get a good signal.  I was issue 4 new Sims cards and then a signal booster, which does not help when you’re not home.

 

I figure that would help my problem, so I purchased 4 new phones. I placed an online order on Black Friday to help me with the cost. I placed the order 4 times and finally on the 4th I was successful, but I was wrong at the end of the transactions I was referred to call into customer service via phone.

I spoke to Brian, which I gave him the online order confirmation number. He advise me that it’s hung up in their system and he will need to process the order on his end. I asked him to mirror the order online, and he stated that it would be exactly as that. He processed the order and confirmed order 203***, processed my credit card and issue me a confirmation number for the transactions.

 

Little did I know....Brian , just process the order, without the Back Friday web only deals . Strike 2!

I have print screens of the on the online deals to verify.

 

I figure once I get the phone I would call in and advise them of the mistake.

 

I later called on Wednesday morning Dec 4 , since I received a back-order notice on Monday. I spoke to Shavon and she advised me everything was okay and was just days away from receiving my the order for 4 new phones. The Galaxy 4’s are back-ordered and will be fulfill that same day. She was hoping the package will arrived by Friday Dec 6th, since the iPhone 5s is for my daughter birthday present on Dec 8.

Today , I wake to see that my order was cancelled , WHY??  203****** Confirmed via email. I called this morning and spoke to Christine and she did not see why it was cancelled and only figure that maybe it was cancelled by my credit card company on her end. She didn't see anything nor did she had a good explanation. I explained to her my story on why I was getting the new phones, after a 10 minute hold , she got back to me only to tell me there's nothing she or her supervisor can do. She wasn't able to honor the back Friday deal. I was devastated and outraged at the time. She then transferred me over to support, which they were granted the authorization to process my original back Friday deal and online order.

 

note* My Chase Bank is blaming T-Mobile for cancellation the transaction,

 

The support lady, process my order and assure me I would see the E-contract in 30 minutes via email. It’s now the end of the day and I have yet to see anything from T-Mobile.

 

 

I’m ready to roll my numbers over and switch carriers if this is not expedite and correct in a timely manner.

 

HUGE Customer satisfaction issue and do what you need to do to keep me as a customer !
