I posted a question FOUR days ago regarding LTE not working in Tupelo, MS. I have yet to receive a response from T-Mobile. I recently purchased an iPad Air, and LTE was working great until the 22nd of November. It went off and then briefly came back on. Overall, it's been off for over a week now. Twitter T Mobile folks respond that LTE is working fine in Tupelo and there are no reported problems. I have taken my iPad to two other cities with LTE service this week and it has worked fine. I am smart enough to know how to remove a SIM card, enable/disable LTE, etc and the usual jargon given by T Mobile reps. It's definitely a network issue and I will not pay money for a service T Mobile claims to offer in my area and brands it as excellent LTE service. If I do not receive a response as to what is really going on with the network, I will be discontinuing my service and moving to a different carrier.
