Waiting a Week So Far To have Number Ported

I signed up last Thursday to T-Mobile Monthly 4G plan ($30/100/5GB) coming from Virgin mobile and I am still waiting to have my number fully ported over. Virgin released my number on Sunday, yet T-Mobile still has not activated my account. In the mean time I have no temporary number and no service - nobody can get a hold of me. In addition to all this T-Mobile charged me $30 this last Sunday for service which i still don't have.

 

I called the support center (nice people but ineffective and useless) and they issued a trouble ticket on Monday. They keep on giving me BS that it will be fixed in 3 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, etc.

 

Has anyone else had to wait this long to get their number ported?  Is there anythjing else I can try?  Any help is appreciated.
