Understanding the Issue
When Wi-Fi Calling is active or in-use, if you have not added a 911 address to your My T-Mobile account will see the error “REG09: Missing 911 address.” When you dial 9-1-1 while using Wi-Fi Calling, your location may not be automatically provided to the dispatcher. To help save time in the event of an emergency, Wi-Fi calling users will not be able make and receive calls with Wi-Fi Calling until a default 9-1-1 address is provided.

To resolve this issue, the 9-1-1 address will need to be updated in our systems. Use the steps below to complete this update using the T-Mobile My Account application:
- Open the T-Mobile My Account application.
- Tap Account info.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap 911 Address.
- Enter your home address.
- Tap Continue.
Note: Allow up to one hour for the 9-1-1 address to update.
