I just bought a new phone today from T-mobile. I was with Virgin Mobile because I don't like contracts.
When I bought the phone I was told by the girl who sold it to me that I can keep my old number or so I thought.
All I need was to call Virgin Mobile and make sure to have the account number and pin number.
No, problem I have 72 hours to get this information. Call the 1800 for T-mobile and was told I CAN'T.
Besides living in area code 93535, were I don't get any phone service. I can't keep my old number!
How come I was told two different things and why I can't keep my old number?
