WIFI calling issues

Hi, I recently got my galaxy s3 a week ago, and had to switch it out once already.  I thought that it might have been a hardware issue, but everytime I connect to WIFI from my work, it doesn't work. I can send/receive texts, but phone calls, my phone either freezes, or I can't hear anything out of my end.  This also happened with my sisters phone on the same network, and my co-worker's phone, and she has a the Galaxy s2. My old HTC G2 phone worked perfectly fine with wifi calling, this seems to hit a snag.  I updated my 911 information on the website, so I know that's not the issue, any ideas? There seems to be no 'fix' or 'solution' for this, and EVERY time I call tech support, they have no idea what I'm talking about, don't really understand what I'm saying, and try to tell me I'm 'doing it wrong'. (these responses span from 8 different calls to the TMobile numbers, in which I got bounced around too many times). Does anyone else have any suggestions, or have similar problems? Maybe the community here can give me better luck than the company itself, since they told me i'm doing things wrong.
