my buddy has a galaxy s4 active from at&t he wants to sell. it was on contract and he canceled his service and has a balance due.
if i buy the phone from him can i just take it to T-mobile and buy a plan/switch out sim cards and be able to use it? or does he have to
resolve everything with at&t first?
