Need your help please.
Bought the Lumia 521 for my mother, with just a little shake it turns off as others have reported. The battery is loose and just the slights movement turns it off. Now I'm still within the 30 day return policy to return it to Target however I don't want to take it back only to find out all of them are suffering from this problem.
Is this a random problem? If I go exchange it will it have the same problem?
What do you recommend please?
I have tried the paper insert to jam the batter and it has worked however it totally feels like a bandaid job that'll wear out in time.
