BEWARE OF T-MOBILE'S NO CONTRACT SCAM!

When I started my T-mobile service, I was told that I was not going to be under contract and I paid full price for our phones ($599.99 x 2). Six months later, we moved to an area with no coverage. When I spoke with T-mobile representatives, I was told that coverage in my area would be improving soon. Six months after that, the coverage has not improved. I called T-mobile to terminate my service. Can you guess what they said? They said I was under a two year contract. I never signed a contract. I would not have signed a two year contract AND paid nearly $1200 for two phones. That's just crazy completely insane. From there, I was told to email their customer service department with a formal contract dispute request. I did so and more than five days later have still not received a response. So it seems as if T-mobile tells you there is no contract, when actually there is, and then completely ignores you when you dispute it.
