My car was broken into last night and my phone was stolen, so I suspended the line. But, I cannot file a claim because I can't get to any account information on the website such as the address and stuff that's on the account. I don't know what to do because the store closest to me said that I Can't file a claim from the store and only gave me a number for the claim agency. I don't know what to do and I need this to be done ASAP. I filed a claim online but I don't know if it went through or not. I don't really know what I'm doing and I am very frustrated.
