I just bought HTC One Dual Sim, model 802W - supporting following frequencies on SIM1 card:
WCDMA 850/1900/2100, HSDPA 21, HSUPA 5.76 +
GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900
Unfortunately the phone is using EDGE for data connection. I live in reframed area (Long Island, New York) and my old Motorola XT910 is using HSDPA for data (for about a year, before reframing it was only EDGE). From what I understand, both phones are using 1900 MHz band for 3G as none of them supports 1700Mhz and regular T-Mobile 3G.
Does anyone know what is going on?
