Automatic Contract Renewal

I called T-Mobile and my contract was set to end around October 22nd I believe. However when I called sometime in early November, I was told that my contract is not set to end for another year. I have been severely disappointed in the lack of signal I have almost everywhere with T-Mobile, and was planning on shopping around other networks but not necessarily planning on changing. When I called to check when my contract ended, I told the man that I was planning on shopping around and asked if my contract would automatically renew, but he assured me it would not. My love of your lack of signal is rivaled only by your lack of honesty, T-Mobile.
