Hello everyone,
I received a new sim card recently and successfully activated it over the phone. I therefore have a new number. With that number, I am trying to sign up to My T-Mobile in order to choose my plan and get started with my new cellphone. Unfortunately, once I input my phone number to the Registration page (My T-Mobile Online | Access Messages, Minutes & Bills | T-Mobile), I get a rolling wheel that seems to never stop rolling.
Once I input the number, I have a green check (I assume it means the number is correct) and "Get Started" is highlighted in green. However, once I click on Get Started, I never go on to the next page... I have tried this over three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
I'd like to get started on my new line asap, but I can't sign up on a new account on My T-Mobile, what is possible to do?
