Around 3 months ago i bought a new unopened tmobile Samsung Galaxy S4 on ebay and activated the phone, the phone service was working well up until today when my phone came up with no service at the top left of the phone. I called t mobile and they told me the phone has a blocked IMEI because the previous owner didn't pay the full price for the phone . Now i m stuck with an this phone. I contacted ebay which told me you can't open a case to escalate your transaction because it 's over 30 days but you can contact paypal customer service and they will offer you different options. Also the seller has not answered my email. Do you think paypal will give me a full refund after 3 months? How can I unblock this phone? Thank you
