No Network Coverage at my office in Microsoft Redmond Town Center Building 5

I have been using T-mobile since almost 3 months and have never been able to receive any call from my Office in Redmond.

I work at Microsoft Redmond Town Center Building 5 Floor 3.

I have never seen any signal bars at my seat.

Seems like I am paying T-Mobile for nothing.

Please fix this -or- I will terminate my connection.
