Not able to register in my.t-mobile

I am trying for last couple of days to get my mobile register into my.t-mobile.com. Once entering the cell number all I see is a icon rotating for hours. Called up helpdesk, who advised to check after 24 hours. But no luck. Please let me know how to register to T-Mobile.
