New customer, poor home reception.

hi, this morning i finally got so fed up with my previous provider (verizon) that i decided to finally call it quits and jump over to T-mobile...i love the features,pricing,and customer service so far, but at my home i receive only 1 bar of reception, sometimes NONE! on your coverage map it says i have excellent coverage (zip 07719) but neither me or my wife can get anymore than 1 bar in our home. im just hoping that there is someway to improve my cell reception in my home, as my wife works from home and uses her cell phone pretty much 8 hours of the day in our home, im really hoping i dont have to go through all the hassle of finding another provider as many people in my family have nothing but great things to say about TMO. thank you!
