$30 UL web/text data service not working

For the past two days I've been dealing this this headache. I am on the prepaid $30/month plan offered through wal-mart that includes 100 minutes of talk but unlimited web and text. Calls and text work fine, but data service has apparently been out for me ever since the plan auto-pay renewed on Sunday (9th) at ~2 am. Also using a Galaxy s3 if that helps. Been through several support lines including local tmobile store. Phone displays that I have 4g LTE as per usual, but when I try to access a web page I get a t-mobile site telling me that I don't have data service per my plan or my plan has been used up. Neither of these is true, as on the same page I am able to access my account information and see that it I clearly have the aforementioned plan, and it is paid for. I have already gone through every single troubleshooting step up to and including a factory reset, to no avail. Thus I am almost certain that it is an account issue. As a side note, my minutes/texts/data counter has not reset my data since the last month. My minutes and texts were reset to 0 used, but the data remained at ~1.3GB. So somehow my data portion of my plan wasn't processed or something to that effect.
