I 110% understand how network coverage works, however, I found that out the hard way that while on 2G you cannot even access a simple web page i.e. Google.com; this website is not contain heavy content and throughout my 20 days on T-Mobile I found that when traveling the EDGE indicator on your device is deemed a worthless indicator.
In addendum, I feel that by T-Mobile paying off consumers' EFT's to join the T-Mobile family was a genius idea, however, once you've experienced having ZERO data you might want to write an apology letter to your former carrier. Thankfully I still have my Verizon account which my fiance allowed me to piggyback off the Verizon's data so I could check my email or access Google.com but it's embarrassing on T-Mobile's part to have to rely on Verizon to perform such a simple task. I do have fantastic coverage at home & it is YES unlimited, however, 2G is horrific because A. you cannot use it B. false advertising of "Nationwide 4G".
Does anyone have any idea if T-Mobile plans on upgrading their 2G network to at least something usable?
Care doesn't...nor does chat...
