Last year I signed a two-year contract (family plan, two lines) in a T-Mobile authorized dealer. I didn't have SSN and the employee told me that I need to pay $100 for each line as a deposit. He promised that I can get my money back when this contract ends.
However, currently, both that guy and T-Mobile refuse to admit that they charged me a deposit because the person who received my $200 cash didn’t print deposit information on the receipt. I don’t have any evidence but I know he is lying.
As an international student, I don’t know anything about deposit and I still remember the moment that he was introducing “deposit” which was not necessary according to his recent statement. I don’t know why his two clarifications are so different but I know someone must steal my money.
