I joined TMo family package for their un-carrier and JUMP as such got the 925, It looks like TMo does not care about OS that I care about (WP) because between AT&T and Verizon, those 2 have been busy getting all kinds of nice Windows Phones. When my 6 months for JUMP upgrade comes (In April 2014) there is no higher Lumia to JUMP to. Also, All these late software updates are very anti customer friendly.
Not everyone appreciates prices of Apple product, but because of business behaviors like this from TMo is why most people by Apple product and services and the likes of AT&T services because they know they will not be left hanging as TMo is doing.
I am trying hard to think of what is the issue in releasing these updates and for the life of me I can think of one when all you have for WP re 2 devices (521 and 925) since you killed 810.
Also, why can't you bring in more WP devices, I honestly don't get it. TMo is not discounting it any more end users pays full price, so what am I missing where you have to mess with your customer base so bad.
If all you want to sell is iPhone and Samsung Galaxy don't be ashamed or afraid to say it and publish it, at least what ever your remaining customers would be will know what business model you are in and the rest of us who want other OS can go somewhere lese where our needs can and will be met.
