"sign into network" no data error

Help! I'm having the same problem as the people in this thread. you currently do not have data service

I have the $30 t-mobile plan with 100 mins/unlimited texting/unlimited data. My credit card was charged on 2/13/14 and my problems accessing any form of data started today--2/14/14. I checked the status of my account and it says I have used 1 minute, 1 text, and >3GB of data--shouldn't the data have reset back to zero since my monthly caps were all reset? Can I please get some help from @tmo_rick or someone else in t-force?
