How do I use another company's phone if they don't use a SIM card?

Hi t-mobile community. So I'm going to get a new phone sometime this or next week and I see a great deal, but the phone is from Sprint. Is there a way for me to use the phone even though Sprint doesn't use SIM cards? I don't plan on switching plans.
