Just wanted to say thank you.

I recently moved away from ATT to T Mobile and I just wanted to take this moment to say I am pleased with the quality of service and more importantly the level of service that you provide and give within your currently limited means to appease your existing user base.

 

I moved away from ATT not because I was dissatisfied with their service but because I wanted to join and be part of this new mobile revolution that Mr. Legere started. I have been browsing this Community forum since coming on board and regrettably most the threads consist of folks who are dissatisfied - I guess that would the norm since happy customers very rarely say anything, right?

 

My point is I guess, to all paying consumers like myself, please be patient as I truly feel T Mobile is going in the right direction. They have already pis**** off their big boy competitors so much so that they are faltering with their plans and prices  - in essence being unstuck and forced to lower fees. Let us all for one moment thank who started this. For better or for worse.
