Hello, so I paid my bill yesterday and my phone has been disconnected all day today. This wouldn't really bother me if the money hadn't been deducted from my account already. I contacted one of your live chat agents and he told me the debit payment was pending on your end and gave me a number to call. I tried to call the number, but my phone is disconnected...so. But anyways, somebody please lend me some guidance, assistance, anything please. Why hasn't it gone through?
