Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!!!

For the last several months I kept getting "computer or technical errors" in regards to my bills with condescending customer support. At first I was on prepaid account and would randomly get knocked off auto pay with stops in service. Now that I am on a billed program I have been billed twice in the same month. I tried to go on chat only to have a condescending rep Monica D. explain how the bill was set up and then when she actually looked at account saw that I was billed wrongfully. But of course Monica could not refund the money; I had to talk to a rep. So I asked for her to set up a phone call. Lisa fumbled on the phone for over an hour continuously putting me on hold and saying sorry so many times it lost it's meaning. Eventually saying I needed routing numbers and checking account numbers to refund a charge that would take at least 3 business days but that only took nano seconds to be removed from my debit card. Thankfully I am an experienced meditator or I think I would have gone through the roof. I see it as a little patience test by the big universe and that's ok. But I am still entitled to share a horrible experience. Unfortunately what will it do. Stroke my ego? I would cancel service but go where? Other options are the same or worse. Even to write this silly review I was led through a maze of clicks and links by an inexperienced rep who had no feelings, just another bot. Disappointing in a world where technology is supposed to make our lives easier. Hopefully one day.
