I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-M919 and cannot record incoming and outgoing calls (meaning voice up-link and down-link). In order to be able to record something I have to use the app Record My Call and put the phone on Speaker for the microphone to pick up some of the incoming part of my call, or the voice of the other person (voice down-link). Why is this feature blocked in T-Mobile? and; when is it going to be available for us to use?
