"We're sorry, your payment didn't go through. Please try again." Help!

I keep getting this message every time i try to pay my bill online with a credit card. This is the same credit card I have been paying my T-mobile bills with for the last year. I've been trying for the past two days thinking it is just a server error but now with my bill due tomorrow I am panicking to get this resolved. I have tried using both up to date versions of Google Chrome and Firefox but I keep getting the same error. Please, any help is greatly appreciated.
