I can call people and receive calls on my phone but no one can hear me and I can't hear anyone.. I don't even hear a tone when it's dialing. I'll call someone and they'll answer and it will just be silent and vice versa, I'll receive a call and it will be totally silent. Before you ask, no my phone not on mute and yes all my volumes are turned up.
The only time my phone can actually work as a phone is when I turn on WiFi calling, which is fine accept for when I'm not at home, which is a lot. I can even be in an open parking lot on 4G LTE with full bars and I still get nothing. The only way my phone can make calls is with WiFi calling enabled, this is unacceptable. I just had a different problem with my last S4 and had to get a new phone sent out to me by T-Mobile and now this one isn't working either.
