Why T-Mobile charges even after sending me faulty warranty replacement

Hi,

   I've received faulty replacement phone from T-mobile and now when I ask them to change this faulty phone, they're asking for another $20 - I don't have any option but to pay since my replacement phone which is given to me is faulty and new battery only runs for 6 hours.

   T-mobile should improve on Customer Service.
