Wi-Fi Calling not working consistently on Nokia Lumia 925

I'm experiencing a lot of inconsistency with Wi-Fi calling and it is getting frustrating. I have no cell signal in my work building so I rely on this feature whilst at work.

I am using a Nokia Lumia 925.

Often Wi-Fi calling will fail with either a DNS error or Could not make connection. This seems to happen pretty consistently when coming out of and going back into wifi range. Turning off wifi, power cycling the phone and turning it back on fixes it, but it is a pain to have to keep doing it, and to have to keep checking that Wi-Fi calling is working so I can receive calls.

The other issue I see is even when Wi-Fi calling is showing as working, I intermittantly get errors sending a text message... After I send the message I get a text message from "Mobile operator" saying

"The message you sent to 1408xxxxxxx wasn't delivered. Make sure the address is correct and then try sending the message again". (number obfuscated for privacy).

I never hit hit this problem when sending messages through a cellular connection, and sometimes it works through Wi-Fi calling too (even to the same number). For example I waited 15 minutes and sent the text to the same number and then it worked.

So those are my issues. I guess my question is, are they known problems? Do they have any workarounds? and are there any fixes in the works?

Cheers,
