ETF reimbursement erroneously denied. Next step?

Submitted final Verizon ETF bill with required information - as instructed - online at switch2tmobile.com in early February.

 

Received a notice in the mail today - almost a month after submission (and nearly three weeks after action was taken on the matter - why such a delay in letting me know?) - that the ETF reimbursement was denied because my submission "did not include a final ETF bill from your previous carrier with the required information (name, address, phone number and final ETF)."

 

The submission in question did, in fact, include all of this information, as I am looking at the bill right now to confirm this. I just resubmitted the stupid thing and highlighted in a bright YELLOW color the information you claim to have not received. Is this sufficient action to remedy the reading deficiency in the ETF reimbursement processing center, or do I need to take further action?
