I have to say that it is very disingenuous of t-mobile to say it requires 14 days for the ETF reimbursement submission to be entered into their system. (From the email I received: "Your submission may take up to 14 days to show in the system.").
Clearly t-mobile is using computers, and clearly the reimbursement submission has entered their system the second that I uploaded it online along with the PDF docs of Verizon ETF billing. So why play this corporate scam word game?!?
Congrats, t-mobile, you have played me for a fool and earned an extra 14 days of bank interest on my reimbursement...on top of the whopping 8 additional weeks you are "requiring" to process the submission. But you are shooting yourself in the foot by playing these little scams. You earn tiny amounts of extra bank interest BUT ANGER AND ANNOY YOUR NEWEST CUSTOMERS. Pull your head out of your powerpoints (and elsewhere) and THINK ABOUT THINGS FROM THE CUSTOMER'S POINT OF VIEW.
