My Story,
I have placed my order on 11/17/2012 via phone after checking the deal on Advantage site.
I have ordered 3 Galaxy Note 2 each with $300 rebate and paid upfront $349 + tax for that. \
Received my package on 11/21/2012 with 2 set of forms inside.
- value and bridge rebate form
- New Activation rebate form
So, I called customer service and they said I have enrolled for classic plan so no need to file “value and bridge rebate form“. But my question is 2nd form is too generic, doesn’t show any amount or handset name. I tried to submit rebate online with IMEI number and it shows only $50 rebate amount on form.
So, I called customer service again and they said submit paper rebate not the online one. And as I have my order receipt stated that I am eligible for $300 rebate on each line. I will get my rebate. And If I don’t get that amount that customer loyalty department will take care of that.
I have heard very bad experience from other friends and family for t-mobile rebate department and don’t want to risk my $900. ($300 x 3)
All I want is confirmation from t-mobile in writing saying that I will get my amount ($300 each line). Before I activate my numbers
There should be a not on my account from 2 person regarding this as well.
I have following proof as a screenshot but don't see any option to upload here.
1. offer promotion for 11/17/2012,
2. My order receipt which shows I am eligible for $300 rebate on each line
3. And rebate form I have received in package.
