I was told calls on wifi was free I had an international plan and when I got a my bill it wasn't so. I tried to get a credit because I was not told all the facts like , no I don't have the right plan its still 1.99 minute , etc... Im a single mom I switched to save money and now my bill is out of this world. im scared to call out long distance and international anywhere. does this company put a cap of $150 on bill and can this company give a one time credit to a new customer for not being told everything she needed to know. I might have to switch back to my old company or another. this is a horrible experience
