September first opened account Charge 3 * for the deposit. Sept Bill wrong try to get it fixed on October 16th or 17th but Bill was still messed up then I tried going into a T Mobile store to get help that was on October 25th I was told since the account was eastablished online or by phone that we had to do it by phone ,by now the bill is past due so now I'm going to incur late fees. October 31st call T Mobile finally got September and October bill resolved (so I think) you guys did what u were supposed to for that bill everything looks great
Then wham I get my next bill its over 400 dollars you guys are costing me hundreds and hundreds of dollars not only are these mistakes costing me money they are also costing me a lot of my time because I have to go through these bills line by line by line to find your mistakes.. I was under the impression that I paid you guys to find these mistakes you aren't paying me you're causing me all kinds of Missery and grief. According to your bill I owe you over 300 dollars according to my calculations you owe me 183 dollars and I've been right everytime on the other bills so I'm thinking I'm probably right again these issues need to be resolved immediately thank you very much for your time and have a blessed day
