ETF process

Hello,

 

I have submitted my last bill from my previous carier back in early February showing the etf as well as my name address ect. Every time I go into the website to check the status I get

 

"Unfortunately, the information you've entered doesn't match our records. Please make sure you've entered it correctly, or call 1-800-937-8997 for assistance."

 

I've called the number plenty of times and theyjust tell me to wait. Unfortunately att already sent me a letter letting me know to pay or it will be transferred to collections. Also, I know that I have to get this done before my 2nd bill with Tmobile which is next week. How long does it take to show up? I tried uploading the info with my phone as well as my iPad. I have to know it's processed before my next bill if not I won't get the refund.
