I called t-mobile friday to make payment arrangements for my bill. I made a 70.00 payment to process right then and the rest to be paid on the 31st. Well when I recieved the confirmation text for the 70.00 it had been paid with someone's else's bank account not my checking account, but the text for the 31st has the correct checking account numbers..So I call t-mobile and she acts like it's my fault at first, said that the other bank account was saved on my t-mobile account I was able to pull up the last year of payments all those payments were paid with my checking account and nothing but my checking account was saved on the website! In the end I'm not very confident about t-mobile refunding that 70.00 to whom ever it belongs to...t-mobile should investigate and find who's account that money came out of, call them and let them know what happened that t-mobile made a mistake...If they are anything like me they live paycheck to paycheck and what if this makes them come up short at the bank? Track record with t-mobile has been really good for the last 12 years but what has happened here with someone else's bank account is very troublesome!
