Has anyone else seen an issue with choppy or jumpy streaming video after installing KitKat 4.4.2? I am seeing this in several video streaming services like Netflix, Vudu, & Crackle. I didn't really notice the issue at first until I hooked up my Galaxy s4 to my TV using my MHL Micro USB to HDMI Cable. Then the jumpy video was extremely noticeable. I then unhooked the cable and looked closer at the video on my phone itself and noticed that it was actually pretty jumpy there as well, especially on scenes where there is a lot of action or moment on the screen. I switched from one video streaming service to another and all seemed to be affected in the same way. Restarts and shutting down other apps did nothing to improve the situation. Weird thing is before I updated to 4.4.2 I had no issues at all. My wife has the same phone and has not updated to 4.4.2 so we are using her phone to stream video until I can identify whats going on with the 4.4.2 update on my phone. Wish I could roll it back to 4.3 at this point. There is nothing in 4.4.2 so far that has me saying "man this is the most awesome thing ever" if you know what I mean....frustrated...
