Looked up my ETF Reimbursement online today on the website and come to find out I was denied because as stated, "Your T-Mobile account could not be associated with a qualifying device trade-in as required by the ETF Reimbursement offer's terms." As I recall on the day I switched over on T-Mobile Service, I had to setup my account at one store and and then had to go to another store to trade-in my old phone and get the Google Nexus phone for the ETF Reimbursement Program. (First store didn't have the Google Nexus) I traded-in my phone and the T-Mobile representative said that this phone would be qualified for the ETF Reimbursement. So I'm confused why I as denied unless at both T-Mobile Stores the representatives lied to me just so they could get a commission from the sale. If that's the case, I would be very disappointed and I would be questioning why I switched carriers.
