I have been with T Mobile for over 9 years. I was currently grandfathered into a classic family plan with 2-yr extension. During this time T Mobile implemented the new Simple Choice Plans and JUMP program. However I was never informed that I would not receive a upgrade at the end of my contract. That's a slap in the face to a loyal customer. Had I know this I would have never re-signed and switched to another carrier. So I've had the same phone for 2 years and have to buy a new phone out right. Yet I still have a contract through October. I switched to the Simple Choice Plan recently to save money. Now the only way I get a new phone is to increase my monthly bill to over what it was before switching. Now the website states that if you switch from a Classic to Simple Choice that you are released from your contract. Yet I'm still being told that I have a $200 per line ETF that applies? A year and a half into my contract and still same ETF as 2 years ago? Unbelievable! Will be leaving T Mobile immediately. New customers are always treated better than existing and T Mobile does not care if you leave!
