I am having a serious issue with using the Jump Program that I have been subscribed to, and paying for the last 8 months. I wanted to upgrade my phone and went to the TMobile website to look at phones and cost. I decided it would be best to go into the store rather than doing this online.
Unfortunately, when I went into the store, I was told that I was not eligible because I have an upgrade being processed.
I do not have an upgrade in process. I did not finalize anything on the website, and I do not have any charges on my account. I was told it was my fault, that I must have put something in my shopping cart or finalized the sale and it would take 24 hours to clear. I was then told it would take 96 hours to clear. I was then told it would take 3 more business days to clear.
Here I am 10 days later, having spoken to 4 different store employees. 4 different customer services reps with TMobile. One of the store employees even spoke with tech support to open a ticket. No resolution and no upgrade.
Has anyone else had this issue? I am really starting to lose my patience with this.
Any assistance or advice would be great!
