So I signed up for Tmobile about 14 months ago (before their uncarrier plan). When that plan came out I asked them if I paid the $1,000 could I cancel all 5 lines and have them create a new account with the same numbers. They told me that was possible so I forked over the $1k but come to find out they instead charged me a migration fee to switch to the lower plan but now Im still stuck with them for the remainder of tge contract. To add insult to injury they are now cancelling all corporate discounts. Does anyone know if this is considered a change in contract and "undue hardship" where I can cancel my lines with no ETF? Seriously can't wait to get rid of this piece of garbage company.
