There is a problem with your unlock database. The phone is almost 6 months old and I have met the requirements for an unlock 3 times but the email has come back saying that it was denied. Please meet these requirements... and I do meet the requirements. Now I can not call the free call customer call number from overseas for the past 3 days. Has my number been barred from calling? I am not at all happy as this locking of my phone has majorly effected my business
The requirements were outlined ah I had met all of them
1 active for 40 days
2 credit of over 50.01$
3 active calls within the last 7 days.
All met but the issue in your system still denied the unlock.
On the last attempt to unlock the phone the requirements have changed. Now only allowing 2 unlock attempts in 12 months. This is a big issue when I have met all of the requirements all along... then they change.
